Return Period
At Jodal, client satisfaction is important to us. Since we provide digital and creative visualization services, including photorealistic 3D renderings, animations, and modern visual experiences, refund requests may be submitted within 14 days from the date of project delivery or service completion.
Refund Process
Once a refund request is received, our team will review the project details and the reason for the request. If the request meets our refund policy conditions, a refund of 47% of the paid amount will be issued. This percentage accounts for project planning, creative work, processing fees, and operational costs already incurred during production.
Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund:
- The request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
- The client must provide proof of purchase or the related invoice/order number.
- The project files, concepts, or deliverables must not have been commercially used, resold, or redistributed.
- Refunds are only applicable for services that have not been fully finalized, approved, or extensively revised.
Non-Refundable Services
The following are generally non-refundable:
- Completed and approved custom 3D renderings or animations
- Projects with multiple completed revision rounds
- Urgent or expedited services
- Services already delivered and accepted by the client

Refund Timeline
